Services

Bochi Web provides website design, website management, local SEO, and related digital services for small businesses. Service details and pricing are described on our website or in a separate agreement when applicable.

Client content, stock media, and intellectual property

You are solely responsible for all content, materials, and digital media you provide to Bochi Web or ask us to place on your website or related channels. That includes logos, trademarks, brand marks, photographs, stock images, illustrations, video, audio, fonts, copy, product information, and any other digital assets.

You represent that you own, or have a valid license and permission to use, every such asset. Bochi Web does not independently verify ownership or licensing of client-supplied or client-directed media. If we help source, recommend, download, or place stock photos or other third-party media at your request or with your approval, you remain responsible for confirming the license terms, permitted uses, attribution requirements, and ongoing rights.

Bochi Web is not responsible for copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other intellectual-property claims arising from content or media you provide, approve, or direct us to use. You agree to indemnify and hold Bochi Web harmless from claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to such materials.

SMS / text messaging terms

Bochi Web’s SMS support program sends customer-care messages only (support ticket replies and related assistance). Full opt-in details are at https://bochiweb.com/sms-support/.

You opt in by texting START to (319) 855-1830, our published business line on the Contact page. You receive a confirmation reply; that constitutes consent to receive replies about your support request. This program is not marketing or promotional messaging, and it is not affiliate lead-generation messaging.
